Irony: the opposite of wrinkly
Title: Why Should I Care? (Epilogue)
Series: Strangers With Candy
Pairings: Seamus/OMC; Chuck/Geoffrey; Jon/"Stephen"
Rating: PG
Contents: References to sex; family drama
Beta: [info]stellar_dust, who gave thoughtful feedback on everything from sentence structure to character arcs, just rolled with it when I did things like randomly re-ordering chapters, and was generally helpful and awesome beyond belief.

Summary: Seamus wears a gown down the aisle and embraces his future. Love may not quite conquer all, but it doesn't do too badly for itself, either.

Those of you who have been waiting to see more of the dresses, check out Seamus in green, George in blue, the wedding portrait, and a bonus Seamus in slinky red. Previous chapters here.

(Would you believe this was originally supposed to be a one-shot?)

It had taken some serious cajoling to keep her from showing up in a low-cut dress, and when George's sister caught the bouquet Jerri tried to bite her. But the impossibly virtuoso score was worth it. )

Summary: George tries on some new clothes, and Seamus has a couple of epiphanies.

This is Rose's dress. The blue dress looks like this.

Previous chapters here.

'Does there have to be an insidious motive for everything? Can't a guy just go dress shopping without it being some kind of plot?' )

Title: Truthiness And Relative Dimensions In Space
Rating: PG-13
Series: The Colbert Report, Doctor Who
Spoilers: Overall, everything is fair game. See individual chapters for specifics.

Disclaimer: This is a work of parody. Although reference is made to real persons, places, and events, the dialog, actions, and content are products of the author's imagination only. Fictional characters and settings are the property of the BBC, RTD, STC, TCR, and various other initials which are not mine.

Summary: Obnoxious right-wing pundit Stephen Colbert catches a lift with Four'n'Sarah Jane...and, in his younger days, Ten'n'Jack. Can Four cope with the older Stephen acting like he knows what he's doing? Can Ten avoid saying anything to the younger Stephen that will cause a paradox? And can the rest of space and time handle the truthiness?

Winner in the "Classic Who: Crossover" category during the second round of the Children of Time Awards. And, perhaps more importantly, dubbed "neato keen" by [info]cot_tossed.

Title: COMFORT ME.
Rating: PG
Series: The Colbert Report
Disclaimer: This is a work of parody. The Colbert Report characters are not mine.

Wanted to make a blue period drawing out of this idea (as egged on by [info]infraredphaeton), but I couldn't get the pose to come together. So here are two loose sketches instead, accompanied by two ficlets. Takes place right after the election special.

Title: Also Good For Play
Series: TDS/TCR
Rating: PG
Contents: Roleplaying, bondage, reluctance, drag, adorable chibi-ness.
Two disclaimers, with love )

In picking his own spider (video #3 on the page), Stephen asked, "Webs: are they just for catching prey, or also good for play?"

Jon is less than enthusiastic.

'Shh! You're breaking character!' )

Title: Kiss You Where It Hurts
Series: TDS/TCR
Rating: R
Warnings: Established (and unsavory) BDSM relationship; partial nudity; dubious consent issues; pain, suffering.
Two disclaimers, with love )

Summary: This is the really really depressing version of how character!Stephen hurt his face. Or, rather, it's the story of what happens afterwards, when Jon figures it out.

There's even an illustration, just to break your hearts a bit more. (Here on DA.)

'Some people like it a lot worse, you know.' )

Title: A Good Night's Sleep
Rating: PG (language)
Series: TDS/TCR
Disclaimer: This is a work of parody. Although reference is made to real persons and places, the dialog, actions, and content are products of the author's imagination only.

Summary: TDS goes on a road trip, and nobody wants to room with Stephen. Jon, who ends up stuck with him, finds out why.

Half ficlet, half comic; part fluff, part drama; all cute, all chibi, and all flag pajamas.

It was surprisingly comforting. Like holding a stuffed animal, if Jon had ever known a giant, flag-patterned stuffed animal that wouldn't shut up. )

Warnings: Gunplay, trauma, serious pain

Someone asked if there was any TDS mpreg, and "how would that even work?" My brain apparently took this as a challenge.

As you will see in the trailers, it's not as farfetched as you think.

Actual quotation from the good Dr. Colbert on the subject of getting pregnant: "How hard could it be?"
